The history of Gatineau Park includes First Nation peoples, settlers, farmers, logging, mining, other early industries and, more recently, recreation and conservation activities. Learn about the people, places and events that form this cultural heritage and help us preserve it for future generations. Guided outings and celebration of Canadian Heritage Day in February are annual events.
