The GuideGatineau website is a volunteer effort by a small (very small) group of Gatineau Park enthusiasts. But we have aspirations to greatness! And we can use your help.
The easiest way to help is to become a GuideGatineau member, to use the site regularly and to encourage others to check it out. GuideGatineau is intended to be a place for you to input your information and opinions on Gatineau Park, so if you have anything to say, SAY IT!
If you like the idea and want to help even more, we are looking for partners.
Volunteers: People who love Gatineau Park and want to help keep the site current should contact Charles (it’s easy, we promise).
Français: The site desperately wants to be bilingue and so if you are a francophone or a translator and would care to help us, please do shoot us an email.
Content: The site is conceived around Gatineau Park activity past and present. If you have news, events, stories, video, photos, or opinions related to the Park we want to work with you to get it online. If it’s not obvious how you can add content, just ask.
Organizations: As well as hosting member profiles and groups, GuideGatineau can also host the entire websites of organizations with a connection to the Gatineau Park. If you represent such an organization please drop Charles a line. Our combined content will bring more web traffic to both websites.
Technical: Individuals with PHP and WordPress development experience should contact Charles.
