From TriTudy Paul reports:
It was great to see a swarm of enthusiastic youth who opted for a ski over their PS3 or posting on Facebook last night. However, I would like to request that the practice of screaming down the Fortune Parkway four abreast while engulfed in consuming conversation be reconsidered. I would also perhaps suggest that the devoted coaching volunteers remind their occasionally absent minded understudies to be mindful of other who may be coming in the oncoming direction. It felt a little like a shooting gallery out there.
Rudy replied:
Agreed… traffic control is what’s needed… even more so on Penguin.

The cards that GuideGatineau has begun distributing to promote the website are considered to be highly environmentally responsible due to the fact that the paper used is 100% recycled and is produced using energy from biofuels plus the ink is vegetable based.
Please do not encourage the NCC to get into the Traffic Control business. We skiers should be self policing.
I experienced the same thing; I was on the far right side of Fortune parkway; a group of 4 abreast were coming at me, and none of them were moving for me; it evolved into a game of chicken; I don’t expect there were any wrong intentions – just a little education and a little respect would likely do the trick.
