King Steve ought to be reminded that there’s no fishing allowed in ‘his’ Harrington lake. Not for him, his royal guests or anyone else. Catch & release might get the fish off the hook, but something still stinks about this misuse of Quebec’s resources. Shame on the PM and his guests for being so bold.
