5cm Snow
As reported by the NCC website there was 5cm of snow in Gatineau Park last night as measured at P8. Skiing isn't yet recommended by the NCC website (but I betcha there are a few ski tracks accumulating out there anyway).

Skiied from penguin. Went back country with the local unmarked trails SW of penguin. then back onto the parkway to pink lake and back.
The back trail was wonderful just a few hiker tracks (with thier dogs)
What would JP Murray say about the local dog walkers where the signs clearly say min $100 fine for dogs in there?

Well, I think the fine are not for dogs, but for those who don’t pick up their droppings.
