Michael Cooper, who I met during the Brown Lake snowshoe outing, asked me to present a short historical overview of Gatineau Park to a conference pre-tour of about a dozen Travel Media Association of Canada members. Since I took the time to set up and deliver a PowerPoint presentation I thought I might as well share it at GuideGatineau too.

The cards that GuideGatineau has begun distributing to promote the website are considered to be highly environmentally responsible due to the fact that the paper used is 100% recycled and is produced using energy from biofuels plus the ink is vegetable based.
