Near the same place, near the same time, I saw this big old snapping turtle.

Saw my first wolverine today in the park! Sighted at dusk near the visitors centre – climbing a large tree. Seriously exciting stuff.

Didn’t think wolverines were this far South.
And fishers are really common here. They have a steady diet of Chelsea house cats.
Saw a coyote this morning (around 6:15 a.m.) at the top of the Black Lake climb. This is the second time I/we have seen one this season.
